CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & No Show Fee: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations. If adequate notice is not received, a 50% no-show fee will be applied to the card on file, equivalent to 50% of the total scheduled service cost. Gift Card Policy: Minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellation. If adequate notice is not received, the gift card will be forfeited & total value will be lost.
